Oracle ASCP Specialist

Are you passionate about optimizing production schedules and streamlining supply chain processes? We are seeking a skilled Oracle ASCP specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • ASCP Implementation and Configuration:
    • Design, configure, and deploy Oracle ASCP applications within the Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) environment. This includes understanding and implementing planning processes, business requirements gathering, training, problem-solving, documentation, optimization, and client engagement.
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle ASCP functionality and best practices to ensure seamless system integration and optimal performance.
  • Planning and Process Management:
    • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive planning processes that align with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to model the supply chain, create plans, manage constraints, perform what-if analysis, and handle exceptions.
  • Functional Areas and System Configuration:
    • Configure and optimize demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, inventory management, distribution planning, system configuration, integration, and data management functionalities within the Oracle ASCP application.
  • Production Scheduling:
    • Develop and implement production scheduling strategies that optimize resource utilization, minimize costs, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Key Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Plan and coordinate production schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with production teams to optimize resource allocation, balance conflicting priorities, and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Data Management:
    • Lead the design, development, and implementation of data conversion strategies and migration from legacy systems to Oracle EBS.
  • Functional Expertise:
    • Possess in-depth functional knowledge of Oracle ASCP, production scheduling, inventory management, work-in-progress (WIP), bill of materials (BOM), and other related modules.
  • Project Support:
    • Participate in project planning, implementation, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
    • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex functional issues, providing guidance on Oracle best practices and supporting ongoing process improvement initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle product releases and features, contributing to ongoing process improvement and driving business growth through innovation and excellence.
