Job Opportunity: Production Planning and Control Specialist

At our company, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Planning and Control Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain production schedules to meet sales and operational requirements.

Forecast raw material, packaging, and labor needs based on sales trends and inventory levels.

Monitor capacity planning to avoid bottlenecks and optimize throughput.

Key Deliverables:

  • Production schedules that align with business goals
  • Effective forecasting of raw materials, packaging, and labor needs
  • Optimized capacity planning to minimize downtime

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in production planning, material and inventory management, and ERP-based reporting.

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and MIS reporting tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
