Job Overview

The role of Product Specialist is crucial in showcasing our products to customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs, and delivering high-quality project execution.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate Caliber products to customers and provide on-site build installations and configurations.
  • Ensure thorough comprehension of customer requirements and collaborate with delivery leads for project kickoff and planning.
  • Execute User Acceptance Tests (UAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), Installation Qualification protocols, and train end-users on Caliber Products.
  • Provide onsite support and customer call handling, reproduce reported issues or test cases at offshore, patch updates, and maintenance.
  • Support customers during Performance Qualification (PQ) execution and interface configuration.

We seek an analytical and communicative individual with strong problem-solving skills, able to learn and adapt quickly. This position thrives in fast-paced environments and requires teamwork and dedication.
