Job Title: Senior Scheduling Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scheduling Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the project controls group, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate project delivery.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create and maintain complex schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  2. Support project managers in bid preparation, schedule development, and resource allocation.
  3. Perform data integrity checks and audits to ensure accuracy of schedule reporting.
  4. Analyze project trends and provide insights to stakeholders on areas for improvement.
  5. Identify and mitigate schedule risks, developing recovery plans to minimize delays.
  6. Maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and track progress against project baselines.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and input project data.
  8. Develop and submit regular reports highlighting variances to project schedules.
  9. Record project scope modifications and contribute to change order submissions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling, preferably in the construction industry.
  • University degree or diploma in engineering, business administration, or related field.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and visualization using Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to support project managers, construction managers, and other stakeholders.
