Job Title: Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist to lead and manage implementation engagements with leading banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing detailed plans, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies for system implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage implementation engagements with leading banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies covering automation of regulatory and risk reporting.

  • Develop detailed plans, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies for system implementation.

  • Explain and lead client conversations on product features and how business requirements are met.

  • Design the development of solutions covering data management, computations, and end-state reporting outputs.

  • Proactively approach process improvement and query resolution.

  • Understand financial products and their impact on reporting requirements and the financial services business.

  • Manage team mentoring, project management, and client delivery.

  • Drive day-to-day execution of assigned client projects.

  • Make recommendations to drive continuous improvement and generate value based on client needs.

  • Manage stakeholders and project management in a project.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of RBI, IRDAI, and SEBI reporting requirements.

  • Experience in product development and implementation lifecycle.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
