Job Title: Location Scheduling Specialist

Position Summary:

This role requires strong leadership and mentoring skills to maximize field consultants' time with clients while building trusting relationships with assigned staff and operations teams.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing timeliness, coordinating production schedules, and providing exceptional customer service to establish efficient schedules.

They will interact daily with clients and brokers, following best practices to meet Service Level Objectives and provide high levels of client satisfaction.

This position is crucial to our scheduling services team, focused on customer experience, schedule efficiency, and logistics to support field service personnel.

Responsibilities include organizing and scheduling field visits, communicating with clients, coordinating visit times, preparing agendas, and working with teams to resolve problems.
