We are a leading fintech NBFC organization specializing in innovative financial solutions for students and educational institutions. Our dynamic team is expanding to Pune, and we're looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated freshers to join our Sales and Business Development team.
About the Role- Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Identify potential customers and partners within the education sector (students, institutions, and other stakeholders).
- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and on-ground activities.
- Convert leads into successful sales by building strong relationships and understanding customer needs.
- Customer Interaction:
- Build rapport with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Present Propelld's products and services in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of clients.
- Market Research:
- Gather insights into customer preferences and competitor activities in the Pune region.
- Provide feedback to the team on market trends to refine sales strategies.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and status updates.
- Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on progress and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA/B.Com/MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred).
- Freshers or candidates with 0-1 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of the education or fintech sector is a plus.
