Propelld - Sales and Business Development Executive

Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives, estimated around ₹5.5 lakhs per annum.

We are a leading fintech NBFC organization specializing in innovative financial solutions for students and educational institutions. Our dynamic team is expanding to Pune, and we're looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated freshers to join our Sales and Business Development team.

About the Role
  1. Lead Generation & Conversion:
  • Identify potential customers and partners within the education sector (students, institutions, and other stakeholders).
  • Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and on-ground activities.
  • Convert leads into successful sales by building strong relationships and understanding customer needs.
  1. Customer Interaction:
  • Build rapport with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
  • Present Propelld's products and services in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of clients.
  1. Market Research:
  • Gather insights into customer preferences and competitor activities in the Pune region.
  • Provide feedback to the team on market trends to refine sales strategies.
  1. Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and status updates.
  • Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on progress and performance.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA/B.Com/MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred).
  • Freshers or candidates with 0-1 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of the education or fintech sector is a plus.
