Senior Underwriter Position

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of current conventional mortgage loan underwriting experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of income calculations, tax returns, and credit reports.
  • Basic knowledge of appraisals and ability to recognize red flags and ineligible properties.
  • Thorough working knowledge of GSE underwriting guidelines and automated underwriting engines (DU/LP).
  • Excellent analytic, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong ability to time manage.
