Job Title: Chief Initiative Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented leader to spearhead cross-functional initiatives spanning business and IT.

  • Develop project scope statements, work plans, and timelines for various business and IT projects.
  • Define project objectives, success metrics, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings and project status updates.
  • Track project performance metrics and resource allocation.
  • Maintain and share project documentation with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

A successful candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in leading projects across business or technology domains. They will possess strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ERP environments or other enterprise systems.
  • Experience with ERP implementations, data migration projects, or system integrations.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
