Job Title: Senior Digital Initiative Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of strategic project plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage website transformation and optimization projects, ensuring delivery within scope, quality, and timeline standards.
  • Oversee multiple projects to drive successful outcomes, championing best practices in project management methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge: HTML, CSS, JS, APIs, Node.js, Python, DB systems.
  • Hands-on experience with version control (Git), front-end frameworks (React/Angular/Vue), build tools (Webpack), package managers (npm/yarn).
  • Exposure to CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager) and A/B testing tools (e.g., Adobe Target).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
