Job Role:

Senior Audit Executive

We are seeking an accomplished senior audit executive to spearhead high-profile audits, driving excellence in risk management, governance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Audit Leadership: Lead complex statutory audits from inception to final reporting, ensuring timely delivery and superior quality.
  • Team Management: Oversee multiple teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, training, and performance-driven growth.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure meticulous adherence to Ind AS, IGAAP, and auditing standards (SA 200 series onwards), safeguarding organizational reputation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with tax, finance, and legal teams to identify control gaps and compliance issues.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strategic client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for escalations, walkthroughs, and closure.
  • Risk-Based Auditing: Leverage advanced risk assessment methodologies to optimize audit efficiency and focus on high-impact areas.
  • Industry Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of Companies Act, Income Tax Act, SEBI regulations, CARO, IFC, CSR compliance, and other relevant laws.
  • Audit Innovation: Embrace cutting-edge audit tools, checklists, and digital documentation systems to enhance turnaround time and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-6 years of statutory audit experience, preferably in leading audit firms.
  • Independent Thought Leader: Demonstrate a proven track record of independently delivering high-quality audits without supervision.
  • Transformational Leader: Proven ability to lead and manage multiple teams simultaneously, driving business growth and excellence.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Ind AS, IGAAP, SA standards, and financial statement preparation & review.
  • Strategic Legal Acumen: Working knowledge of Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, and other allied laws, coupled with exceptional analytical skills.
  • High Performance Culture: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering audits on time while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional articulation for client presentations, board reporting, and team guidance, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
