Enterprise Risk Management Role

Seeking a seasoned risk management professional to join our team as an Enterprise Risk Manager. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to take on a key role in shaping our organization's risk management strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk assessment frameworks and methodologies to identify and evaluate operational risks across various departments.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews to identify potential operational risks and provide actionable recommendations for mitigation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans, ensuring effective implementation of risk controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor operational risk indicators and metrics, preparing and presenting risk reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage third-party interactions, identifying potential risks associated with third-party activities, such as cybersecurity vulnerabilities, non-compliance with regulations, operational inefficiencies, or financial instability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in management, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in risk management, preferably in an NBFC or financial services environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and data visualization tools like PowerBI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders and review RCSAs and KRIs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Operational risk and knowledge of operational risk management framework.
  • Risk identification, risk monitoring, risk mitigation, risk reporting techniques, and systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Operational Risk in Lending domain.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and logical reasoning ability.
