As a seasoned client services expert, you will be the anchor for our relationships in India and beyond. Your role will set the standard for how we engage with senior client stakeholders, ensuring that our delivery teams are always ahead of the curve and building long-term trust that drives growth.The key responsibilities of this position include owning relationships with senior marketing decision-makers across enterprise and fast-growth tech accounts, guiding internal teams to deliver strategies and campaigns that meet business needs, anticipating client requirements and bringing proactive solutions, balancing commercial thinking with creative sensibility, developing and growing the client services team into consultative partners, and partnering with agency leadership to shape proposals and pitches.To succeed in this role, you will need 12+ years of experience in client service, a strong ability to hold a room with senior CMOs and marketing leaders, excellent management skills, a track record of running multi-market accounts, and an instinct for commercial growth as much as delivery discipline.The ideal outcome of this position will be strong retention and expansion across accounts, clients who see us as a strategic partner, a team that runs independently with commercial and creative judgment, steady account growth with upsell and cross-sell opportunities, projects delivered accurately on time and on budget, smooth billing and financial accuracy, and colleagues who genuinely enjoy working with you.
