
Sales Relationship Development Professional

As a relationship development professional, you will be the primary point of contact for potential clients, pitching property details and arranging site visits to turn interest into action. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves client interaction and wants to grow in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with incoming leads over phone calls and WhatsApp, providing excellent customer service and building rapport with clients.
- Pitch property details clearly and persuasively, highlighting the key features and benefits of each property.
- Schedule and confirm site visits for interested homebuyers, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Maintain follow-ups to nurture leads into active clients, providing regular updates and support throughout the process.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client handovers, ensuring that all necessary information is shared and clients receive the best possible service.
- Record and update client interactions in CRM tools, providing valuable insights and data to inform future business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus), with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
- A confident, clear, and persuasive speaking style, with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate is preferred but not mandatory, as we are happy to train the right candidate.
- A positive, target-driven attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
