We are seeking a Relationship Manager to excel at building strong client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and acquire new clients through various channels, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and act as a trusted advisor offering expert guidance and recommendations on LAP and Micro LAP products.
  • Sales and Business Development: Drive sales of LAP and Micro LAP products by meeting or exceeding assigned targets and goals, conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to enhance market presence and expand the client base.
  • Product Knowledge and Advisory: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of LAP and Micro LAP products, provide detailed information to clients about product options, terms, and conditions, and help them make informed decisions.
  • Customer Service and Support: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and delivery of loans, and conduct regular follow-ups with clients to review their needs and provide ongoing support.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback, prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, client activity, and market trends to management, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of LAP and Micro LAP products
  • Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or financial services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
