Learning and Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, execution, and continuous enhancement of our learning initiatives.

This role will play a critical part in shaping our talent capability framework, driving leadership development, and building a culture of continuous learning.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in both technical and behavioral training, proven experience in leadership development, and the ability to align learning strategy with business priorities.

  • Design and Oversee Structured Learning Programs:
  • Address technical upskilling, behavioral development, and soft skills for engineers, project managers, first-time managers, and other critical roles.
  • Drive structured onboarding and training programs for campus hires to enable seamless integration, faster productivity, and strong foundational skill-building.
  • Design and implement leadership development journeys for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders to build a strong leadership pipeline.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with a team of over 2000 professionals driven by a focus on innovation, quality, and cutting-edge digital technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the development and execution of our organization-wide L&D strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term capability building.

Partnering with business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, co-create solutions, and ensure high-impact delivery.

Establishing robust frameworks to measure training effectiveness, monitor learning KPIs, and evaluate ROI through feedback, assessments, and performance impact.

Fostering a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth across the organization.
