
Health Insurance Learning and Development Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to design, deliver, and manage training programs for our health insurance products and wellness initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health insurance products and regulatory requirements, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in multimedia tools and e-learning platforms.
The Learning and Development Lead will play a key role in ensuring that employees, agents, and channel partner teams are well-equipped with the latest knowledge and skills. This includes:
- Designing and delivering training programs on health insurance products for employees, agents, and partners.
- Conducting industry benchmarking and evaluating various Health Insurance (HI) and Wellness products.
- Developing and implementing customized soft-skill training programs for sales and non-sales teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and reporting on learning and development initiatives, including designing a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with company goals.
The Learning and Development Lead will also be responsible for creating product comparison tools, concise product one-pagers, and engaging training materials such as presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
