Training Manager Position

The ideal candidate will oversee the design, delivery, and management of training programs to equip employees, agents, and channel partners with the latest knowledge and skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Product Training: Develop training programs on health insurance products for employees, agents, and channel partners.
  • Behavioral Training: Implement customized soft-skill training programs for both sales and non-sales teams.
  • Training for Agents and Channel Partners: Create training tailored to agents and channel partners, enabling them to effectively sell health insurance products.
  • Campus Recruitment & Onboarding: Facilitate new hire orientation programs, promoting company culture and opportunities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of health insurance products and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in multimedia tools and e-learning platforms.
