Health Insurance Claims Professional

We're looking for a skilled Health Insurance Claims Professional to join our team.

This role involves handling claims with accuracy and empathy, ensuring smooth experiences for customers. You'll be the bridge between customers, hospitals, and insurers, coordinating claim settlements and maintaining records.

As a Health Insurance Claims Professional, you'll process and evaluate claims, verifying policy coverage and supporting documents. You'll also communicate clearly with customers, providing updates on claim status and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.

We're seeking someone with experience in health insurance claims handling or management, preferably from a TPA or insurer background. A strong understanding of insurance processes and regulations is essential, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.

You'll work independently and as part of a team, utilizing your analytical and problem-solving abilities to ensure timely resolution of claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and evaluate health insurance claims with accuracy and fairness.
  • Verify policy coverage, eligibility, and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with hospitals, TPAs, and policyholders for seamless settlement.
  • Maintain records and follow up on pending claims to ensure timely resolution.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and provide updates on claim status.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
