Job Description
o Strong Technical Business Acumen - Understands technology not just as a function, but as a core business driver; capable of aligning L&D strategy with the company's product and engineering roadmap.

A successful Technical Head - L&D should have:
A strong educational background in technology, engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in designing and managing technical training programmes.Expertise in the technology and telecoms industry, with a focus on services.Excellent leadership and communication skills for team management and stakeholder collaboration.A results-driven approach to assessing training effectiveness and impact.Familiarity with modern learning tools and platforms.-
