About the Role

Talent Source is looking for a highly motivated Sales Strategy Manager to lead our sales efforts in the enzymes and food industry. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute sales strategies to promote our products to customers in the b2c/retail/channel market.

In this role, you will work closely with our internal teams and customer application development professionals to create technical solutions for clients. You will also identify new business opportunities and increase sales volume for existing clients.

Your Responsibilities

You will:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote enzymes and food segment products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customer application development professionals to create technical solutions for clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and increase sales volume for existing clients.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers on the application of enzymes and food segment products.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in MTech, BTech, MSc in Food Technology, Biochemistry, or Dairy Technology.
  • At least 4 years of techno-commercial experience in the food segment, enzymes, or additives, preferably in the food processing industry.
