Revenue Cycle Management Leader

Axis Services is looking for a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Management Leader to join our team in Hyderabad. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in operations management and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage various high-level projects and teams through delegation and empowerment of new and upcoming leaders.
- Cultivate relationships and develop/coach team members to further their leadership and managerial skills.
- Implement improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization.
- Min 15+ yrs experience in RCM and Candidate who is currently working as a Sr. Director Or Lead director for at least 2 years.
- Experience in client relationship management, operations management, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to execute large, cross-functional processes and initiatives.
Up to 45 LPA package, up to 3 months' notice period, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
