**Job Overview:**

We're looking for a highly experienced leader who can design, execute, and optimize performance-driven marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. You will leverage your expertise to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, driving high-quality traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving our company objectives and revenue growth while collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid media channels (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to drive high-quality traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Owning end-to-end campaign management, including planning, budgeting, optimization, and post-campaign analysis to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Use advanced targeting, segmentation, and bidding strategies to reach key audiences and optimize campaigns for scale.

**Data Analysis & Performance Optimization:**

You will analyze complex performance data and identify actionable insights to drive campaign improvements and scalability. Continuously monitor campaign KPIs, such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLTV). Implement A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, and user flows to optimize campaign performance and conversions.

**Budget & Resource Management:**

You will oversee and manage significant marketing budgets across various platforms, ensuring optimal allocation and performance. Develop forecasts and track spending to ensure cost-effective use of resources while meeting performance goals.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, with a strong track record of driving revenue and customer acquisition at scale.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale budgets, including direct experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other performance-focused platforms.
  • Expertise in using performance marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar, etc.) to analyze and optimize campaigns.

**Salary Estimate:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and industry standards. This estimate may vary depending on individual circumstances.
