Recycled Polymer Sales Leader for Business Growth

We are seeking an experienced General Manager - Polymer Sales to lead our recycled polymer business unit. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive revenue growth by managing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to sales closure.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for recycled PP, HDPE, LDPE, and Raffia, among other products.
- Supervise call center manager for lead generation, provide feedback on, and supervise lead quality.
- Hire and manage a team of 3-4 polymer salespersons at Banyan.
- Execute sales of 200-300 tons per month at profitable pricing.
- Develop a pipeline of over 1000 tons of monthly polymer sales across various industries such as pipes, cables, sheets, packaging, furniture, and more.
- 15+ years of experience in polymer/petrochemical sales, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of polymer markets, applications, and technical specifications.
- Strong network within relevant plastics industries.
- Proven track record of closing large B2B polymer sales.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and business planning capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Chemistry/Polymer Science (MBA preferred).
