Job Summary
As a Maintenance Support Specialist at Energy Development Corporation, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely request, issuance, and processing of various work processes such as Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, and Issue Orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review budgets to ensure proper allocation of resources on PR & PO of Parts & Materials, Services, Tools, Logistics, Transportation, PPE requirements, and Accommodation for CMG personnel.
- Ensure timely procurement, transport, and delivery of goods, materials, tools, logistics, and services needed for Preventive Maintenance, Repair, and Return to Service activities.
- Monitor progress of PMS, Repair, and RTS activities and collate relevant data and information for purposes of creating a post-outage report.
- Secure Vendor's Activity and Service Completion Reports in collaboration with ORE, CMG FS Support, CMG Field Services, and Facility Maintenance to be incorporated in the post-outage report as appendices.
- Prepare and submit Central Maintenance Group's yearly budget.
- Prepare Central Maintenance's budget monthly forecast.
- Submit draft post-outage reports one week after each and every outage, whether planned, unplanned, or Return to Service.
- Execute health, security, environmental, and safety rules and regulations of the company.
- Practice recommended behaviors that adhere to the core values of the company.
- Implement and comply with company rules and policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.
