
Global Leave of Absence Expert Sought

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee our global leave of absence programs.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of global leave and accommodation laws, including US FMLA, ADA, CFRA, PDL, and other relevant federal state and international legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire leave of absence process, from initial intake to return to work, ensuring consistency, compliance, and an enhanced employee experience.
- Evaluate and optimize global leave of absence policies and processes to ensure they are effective, efficient, and employee-friendly.
- Provide direct guidance and resolve issues related to leave or accommodation requests, serving as the primary point of contact for employees and managers.
- Collaborate with Legal, HR Business Partners, and the HR Operations team to ensure policies, documentation, and workflows are compliant and employee-friendly.
The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment with a focus on technology and innovation.
