We are seeking an experienced Governance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving organizational excellence through the development, implementation, and monitoring of governance policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and governance processes across the organization.
  • Create, document, and maintain organization-level policies and processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collect, analyze, and publish organization-level metrics to provide insights into performance, compliance, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards, while fostering continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in conducting internal audits, providing necessary documentation, insights, and recommendations to ensure compliance and process integrity.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align governance practices with business objectives and product lifecycle requirements.
  • Proactively identify risks in governance processes and implement controls to mitigate them.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle (PDLC) governance principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with the basics of the Product Development Lifecycle, including stages, deliverables, and governance checkpoints.
  • Proven ability to document and implement policies and processes that drive organizational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to produce meaningful metrics and reports.
  • Knowledge of PDLC governance frameworks with experience ensuring adherence to these standards.
  • Experience assisting with internal audits and addressing findings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders and present governance-related insights.
