This position focuses on leveraging data, analytics, and AI technologies to extract insights, build predictive models, and develop AI-powered solutions.

Utilizing Exploratory Data Analysis, Statistical Modeling, Machine Learning, Model Deployment, and Integration, as well as Model Monitoring and Maintenance.

Deliver business solutions using multiple AI techniques and tools.

• Understand business needs, prepare data, model, evaluate, and deploy solutions following CRISP-DM methodologies.
• Optimization expertise including linear/integer/nonlinear programming and heuristics for finding the best solution to the business problem.
• Business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, hypothesis testing, and transforming findings into tasks.
• Proactive approach for areas where improvement is needed, like suggesting improvements to existing pipelines (tests, support, and improvements).
• Creating and following standards to improve competency quality.
• Knowledge and experience from projects in Supply Chain area or optimization projects are desirable.

• Must Have:
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 2+ years of DS/Operations Research experience.
  • Experience with optimization methodologies and various optimization libraries (e.g. CPLEX, Gurobi, ortools, etc.).
  • Strong Python coding skills (including object-oriented programming concepts), including ML libraries and basic SQL knowledge.
  • Cloud technology experience (preferably MS Azure, but GCP is nice to have).
  • Familiarity with machine learning theory.
  • CRISP-DM project delivery experience and Agile project experience (like Scrum, Kanban).
  • Business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, models evaluation, hypothesis testing, and model deployment experience.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Ability to apply independent research, gather information, and provide recommendations for solving problems of diverse scope.
  • Excellent communication skills.
• Nice To Have:
  • Other programming language knowledge e.g., SQL, R.
  • Spark (PySpark) experience.
  • Experience in other IT roles (Data Engineer, AI Engineer, Business Intelligence-related) is welcome.
  • Supply Chain (Manufacturing, Transportation, Warehousing, Inventory, or Sustainability) Data Science/Machine Learning method experience.
  • Strong statistical/mathematical background.
  • Matrix organization experience.
