Senior Support Specialist Role

We seek a highly skilled and proactive individual to provide top-level support to senior leaders.

  • Manage competing priorities with discretion, efficiency, and confidentiality.
  • Maintain schedules, email, filing systems, and anticipate next steps and issues.
  • Conserve time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
  • Maintain appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and domestic and international travel.
  • Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or directing inquiries.
  • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or senior executive assistant.
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • High level verbal and written communications skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
