Senior Manager Business Operations Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing recommendations, analysis, facilitation support, and process development in key areas such as corporate strategy, annual operating plan (AOP) development, strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, location expansion, or customer management.
  • Provide effective operational leadership to the team, enabling strategic foresight into the business while working with functional heads and senior management professionals.
  • Ensure organization-wide operational excellence to achieve set financial objectives and other operational performance indicators.
  • Deliver strategic presentations to key stakeholders, including the COO and CEO, and assist the team with the annual financial budget and monthly forecast processes.
  • Manage profitability by working with delivery, sales, and domain teams to drive growth and profitability.
  • Prepare and drive strategic and operational plans and budgets.
  • Finalize monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting and forecasting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business operations, preferably in a senior management role.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
