About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Power Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our automation team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing power automate workflows using Power Automate Desktop (PAD). You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Power Automate Workflows: Design, build, and deploy complex power automate workflows using Power Automate Desktop (PAD).
  • Collaborate with Clients: Work directly with clients to understand their pain points, develop customized solutions, and implement effective workflow management strategies.
  • Analyze and Troubleshoot: Utilize your problem-solving skills to analyze workflow issues, troubleshoot challenges, and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with industry trends, Microsoft 365 developments, and best practices in power automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
