Marketing Automation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and managing HubSpot CRM, ensuring user access, permissions, data integrity, and platform optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation, with experience in setup, onboarding, and training users. You will work closely with internal teams to gather requirements and develop solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and managing HubSpot CRM, including user access, permissions, data integrity, and platform optimization
  • Setting up and onboarding users with proper workflows and training support
  • Building and refining complex workflows, sequences, and automation across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs to streamline lead management and customer engagement
  • Auditing existing setups, identifying gaps, and optimizing performance, structure, reporting, and automation processes
  • Collaborating with internal teams to gather requirements and develop solutions aligned with business goals
  • Creating custom dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, sales pipelines, and service metrics
  • Managing and optimizing integrations with third-party tools like Talkdesk, Slack, databases, or analytics platforms
  • Maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation for workflows, configurations, and processes
  • Providing training to internal users and supporting adoption of best practices across the organization
  • Ensuring data hygiene, segmentation accuracy, and alignment with reporting needs
  • Staying current with HubSpot updates, beta features, and ecosystem
  • Developing expertise in workflow automation, lead scoring, pipeline management, and customer journey optimization
  • Applying knowledge of data segmentation, lifecycle stages, and CRM performance tracking
  • Demonstrating ability to work independently and take ownership of HubSpot as a core platform
  • Communicating effectively to convert business requirements into CRM functionality
  • Leveraging experience with SQL, webhooks, or custom-coded workflows (preferred)
  • Possessing HubSpot certifications (Marketing, Sales, Service Hub) as a strong plus

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working in marketing automation, preferably with HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of CRM, workflow automation, and lead scoring
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing, Sales, Service Hub) preferred
