Marketing Specialist - Industrial Automation

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive growth in the industrial automation sector. As a seasoned professional with a strong background in B2B marketing and sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  2. Generate and qualify new business leads through offer follow-ups, client visits, and networking.
  3. Build, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  4. Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals to clients.
  5. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  6. Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering (Instrumentation/Electronics/Mechanical) or related field.
  • MBA in marketing preferred.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales and marketing in the instrumentation sector.
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial automation and process instrumentation products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strategic and analytical mindset.
