Job Summary:

This key role involves collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders to comprehend business necessities, document requirements, create and maintain process documentation, assist in the implementation of solutions and monitor quality of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for standardization, improvement or automation
  • Delivering process and solution documentation across multiple teams, geographies, and tools
  • Leading projects from start to finish, ensuring goals are achieved on time
  • Developing a deep understanding of individual teams and processes to ensure best-fit solution development
  • Monitoring project progress, tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and manage multiple priorities and tasks. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment and basic understanding of business process modeling, workflow, and project management principles are also desired.

Bonus Skills:

Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies, as well as experience using project management tools like Monday.com, is a plus. Understanding of ecommerce systems and online advertising would also be beneficial.
