Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Process Control Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring process consistency, accuracy, and standardization in the implementation and use of SAP GRC PC technology.

As a Process Control Specialist, you will work closely with the Global SAP GRC team to evaluate, configure, optimize, and monitor business rules and controls included in GRC PC. You will also define and enhance GRC PC governance and strategy in collaboration with internal and external parties.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work with the Global SAP GRC team to ensure process consistency, accuracy, and standardization in the implementation and use of the SAP GRC PC technology
  2. Evaluate, configure, optimize, and monitor the business rules and controls included in GRC PC
  3. Work with the Global SAP GRC team to define and enhance the GRC PC governance and strategy
  4. Work with Business Partners to ensure agreement in the design and implementation of GRC PC controls
  5. Work with internal and external parties to develop business controls and Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) framework applicable within the scope of org. business requirements
  6. Ensure business process controls performance activities are defined, communicated, performed, monitored, and escalated
  7. Manage, track, and govern the GRC PC activities and responsibilities across the GRC PC teams
  8. Provide key GRC PC metrics and ongoing communication to key stakeholders
  9. Ensure ongoing process improvement and collaborate with appropriate business partners
  10. Align and collaborate with various project teams to assess potential impacts to GRC PC and drive consistency, effectiveness, and efficiencies
  11. Oversee and ensure that GRC PC global standards are met regarding PC control monitoring, change management, user access management, and process excellence
  12. Perform a self-assessment review to ensure GRC PC processes are followed and executed within established SOPs.
  13. Assist with the successful completion of the quarterly UAR (User Access Review) process.
  14. Participate in team activities and team planning regarding improving team skills, awareness, and quality of work.
  15. Administer GRC roles, reports, role validations and system technical issues such as upgrades and UAT.
  16. Manage SAP SoD conflicts and help define mitigating controls for waivers.Requirements:
  • 3 -5 Years related work experience in Business Processes, Audit, Business Technology and Finance Compliance
