- Expertise in Coupa modules with implementation and rollout experience is essential.
- Hands-on experience in configuring various Coupa modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, Invoices, Expenses etc) and setting up integrations is required.
- Configuration and support experience of Coupa is necessary.
- Experience with Coupa enhancements, changes, and issue fixing within the system is expected.
- Creation of sourcing forms, objects, procurement/invoicing approval chains, dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles in Coupa is necessary.
- Release management experience for new product releases and maintenance in Coupa is desired.
- Collaboration with various integration partners and third-party consultants to integrate business requirements into implemented technical solutions is expected.
- Working with business partners from different geographies to incorporate sourcing, procurement, and invoicing requirements, statutory regulations, and controls into viable solutions is necessary.
- Creation of functional specs, Source-to-Target Maps, batch, and configuration documents for integration partners for development of data links between systems is expected.
- Strong experience in Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay business processes is necessary.
- Sound business knowledge in procurement area and provision of standard or customized solutions to business requirements is expected.
- Designing of Coupa integration with ERP/middleware/3rd party applications is necessary.
- Experience working with Agile methodology including creation of stories, Kanban environment participation, and scrum participation is desired.
