Job Title: Supply Chain Process Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Process Expert to facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP QM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, customize, configure and test PP processes such as Demand Management, Repetitive Manufacturing, Shop Floor Control, Plant Maintenance Notifications, Corrective and Preventive Maintenance, Repairs and more.
  • Configure and test Quality Planning, Inspection, notifications, Certifications, including QA in sales and distribution, QM in production, Inspection lot processing, Results recording, Defects recording, Sample management, Quality Information System, Dynamic modification of the inspection scope, Quality certificates, Quality notifications, Test equipment management.
  • Proactively resolve day-to-day issues and tickets of support teams in PP and QM areas.
  • Analyse complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements, map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
  • Serve as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
  • Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high-priority issues; document functional designs, test cases and results.
  • Act as a liaison between business functions and technical teams, provide ad-hoc training and user support as required, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
