Job Title

Key Responsibilities
  1. Understand business processes including Accounts, Sales/Purchase, Human Resources, Payroll, and Point of sale.
  2. Provide expert guidance to clients through demonstrations and personalized support.
  3. Develop and lead implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.
  4. Analyze customer requirements and transform them into effective business processes, solutions, and modules.
  5. Resolve complex customer issues related to data and processes.
  6. Prepare detailed scopes of work based on client needs, proposing tailored solutions for their unique business challenges.
  7. Document customer requirements and coordinate implementation with technical consultants and developers.
  8. Collaborate with key stakeholders to map applications to standard business processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Odoo version 14, 15, 16, 17 Community and Enterprise Edition
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, sales, and accounts
  • Proven track record in Odoo implementation, with excellent planning and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence customers to modify current business practices, as required
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in the English Language
