Job Title: Functional Consultant

Job Description

As a functional consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives by implementing and configuring Odoo software. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs.

You will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically, allowing you to analyze complex business problems and identify effective solutions. Additionally, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, which will enable you to effectively communicate with clients and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Persales and Postsales roles with any ERP Software
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, specifically with the latest versions
  • Proven ability to analyze all aspects of clients' business operations and map their processes to Odoo's solutions
  • Excellent planning and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong understanding of various business verticals
  • Demonstrated ability to draft customer scope in proposals, including required features and commercial aspects
  • Experience in conducting product demonstrations and effectively gathering customer requirements
  • Ability to guide customers through the full software delivery cycle from configuration to go-live
  • Prior experience working with Senior Decision Makers
