Global Immigration Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous immigration specialist to guide clients through the complex process of successful relocation.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, particularly when completing and submitting paperwork, and will alert clients of foreseeable delays that cannot be avoided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with alterations to immigration laws and regulations
  • Meet with prospective and extant clients to determine their needs and preferences
  • Provide clients with relevant documentation and support throughout the relocation process
  • Assist clients with paperwork completion and submission, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Verify authenticity of documents and provide guidance on necessary steps
  • Arrange safe and legal transportation for pets, including export and import procedures
  • Help clients find shipping solutions that meet their specific needs
  • Prepare and provide invoices and financial reports as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education
  • Degree in law, international relations, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience as an immigration specialist, preferably with expertise in multiple country relocations
  • Advanced knowledge of animal relocation procedures and best practices
  • Strong research, fact-checking, and writing skills, with excellent verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to support anxious clients and provide emotional support during the relocation process
  • Tight deadline observance and a solution-oriented approach to challenges
