Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration or Communication preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with knowledge of additional regional languages an asset.
