Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Scrum Master roles and be able to facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach squads on Agile principles, and track team metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Agile Process Facilitation: Ensure the adoption and adherence of Agile methodologies across teams, including Scrum framework and practices.
  2. Squad Coaching: Provide guidance and support to multiple squads on Agile principles, delivery optimization, and process improvement.
  3. Metric Tracking: Monitor and report on key team metrics such as velocity, burndown, and team performance.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize tasks, manage risks, and ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in tech projects.
  2. Certification: CSM certification required; CSP or PMI-ACP preferred.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficient in Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project.
  4. Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
