Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Agile Delivery Lead.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to facilitate agile events and promote team collaboration.

This position requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), as well as prior experience working with agile project management tools.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage Product Delivery: Utilize agile frameworks and techniques to drive product delivery forward.
  • Foster Team Collaboration: Facilitate agile events, including stand-ups, sprint/PI planning, sprint/PI reviews, retrospectives, demos, and backlog refinement meetings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Risk Management: Identify, escalate, and manage risks and dependencies across Teams to ensure timely resolution.

Basic Qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT or related field, or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex challenges with data.

Preferred Qualifications include a deep understanding of DevOps and Test Automation Processes in software delivery, workshop facilitation and training experience, and Certified SAFe Scrum Master or similar.
