Business Development Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion
  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitoring performance metrics and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of professionals

Key skills required for this role include:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and experience in dealing with stakeholders
  • A proven track record of achieving revenue targets, with at least 2-3 crore annually
  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with the latest experience being in a B2B environment
