At CoffeeBeans, we are seeking a highly experienced Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management and be able to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying new avenues for business growth. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of software project delivery processes and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
  • Understand clients' business goals and challenges to proactively provide solutions and value-added services
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue and profitability
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred)
  • 12+ years of experience working in the IT industry
  • 6+ years of experience as an Account / Client Manager
  • Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to build and leverage executive relationships to drive sales
  • Proven experience of meeting revenue targets and account growth
Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum
