Objective:
We are seeking an exceptional Relationship Manager to join our team.
This is a high-profile role that involves delivering premium customer experiences, driving profitability through relationship development and cross-selling.
Main Responsibilities- Liaise with colleagues to identify eligible customers for our Preferred programme.
- Acquire new relationships that meet product criteria.
- Develop long-term rapport with customers, enhancing their overall value and portfolio size.
- Maintain portfolio quality parameters and hygiene.
- Cross-sell relevant bank products based on customer needs.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors to ensure seamless process execution.
- Provide advisory services in coordination with internal teams.
- Promote customer retention and minimize attrition rates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking software.
- Demonstrated experience in relationship management and sales.
