Job Summary

The Relationship Developer will be responsible for cultivating and strengthening relationships with existing clients, while also identifying new business opportunities. As a key point of contact, the successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand client portfolios to achieve maximum growth potential.
  • Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue expansion.

Sales Performance

  • Achieve targets across various product lines, including liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, cards, and investment products.
  • Proactively promote financial products to both new and existing clients.
  • Increase CASA balances through effective relationship management and acquisition strategies.
  • Enhance customer relationship value through product and channel penetration.

Customer Engagement

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure portfolio quality and desired relationship values are met.

Investment Solutions

  • Assess client needs and provide suitable investment products with transparent information.
  • Generate fee-based revenue through mutual funds, insurance, and investment products.

Risk Management

  • Comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines (RBI/SEBI/AMFI/IRDA etc.) during client acquisition and servicing.

Professional Development

  • Set and monitor annual performance goals aligned with management expectations.
  • Identify skill gaps and actively work on learning and professional development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices relevant to the role.

Compliance and Risk

  • FOLLOW all internal risk control policies and processes to mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks.
  • Support audit processes by maintaining necessary documentation and internal control systems.
