Job Title: Relationship Development Manager

The primary objective of this role is to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition for the Retail Liabilities Sales Team in a specific branch. This involves achieving business objectives, meeting productivity metrics, and generating sales through various product offerings.

To achieve these goals, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing relationships with high-value customers and their families to increase banking penetration
  • Sourcing new customers through external efforts and acquisition channels
  • Upgrading customers to higher product categories
  • Maintaining regular contact with 20 customers per day and meeting 4 prospects per day

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • High energy levels and a strong motivation to succeed

Requirements:

  • Graduation qualification in any stream
  • 1-2 years of experience in NTB Sales Acquisition roles
  • Maximum age limit of 30 years
