Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Banca Sales Officer to join our team. The role involves managing and developing relationships with bank partners to generate business and drive sales growth through lead-based channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of financial products through the bank branch network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
  • Ensure consistent business growth by achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Educate bank employees about product offerings and sales processes.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups on leads provided by the bank.
  • Provide excellent post-sales customer support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and customer service.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in BFSI sales or bancassurance.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with bank teams and customers.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
