- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships through effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve client queries and concerns.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry.
- Strong knowledge of MLAP products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
